Taylor Thompson is a proud Torres Strait Islander woman with more than 17 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through education and employment pathways. As a Recruiter with TRACKS Integrated Services, she combines her expertise in program management, compliance, and participant support with a genuine passion for connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities and helping businesses build strong, capable teams. Before joining TRACKS Integrated Services, Taylor worked as a Scholarship and Grant Coordinator for one of Australia's largest Early Childhood Education providers. She managed a large-scale scholarship program, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinated initiatives that increased access to professional development opportunities. Drawing on her experience supporting individuals through important educational and career milestones, Taylor brings a practical, people-focused approach to recruitment. She is committed to understanding the needs of both candidates and employers, helping to create successful and sustainable employment outcomes.
